The move is only ever used in checkmate situations, which promotes stalling and saps the interaction between the players. Getting off that move shouldn't be an automatic win, which it is, since the stunned character takes 60 damage over three turns. Thats fine, but it needs to be a control skill or ...

If ur gonna give him a 40 through invuln, that's uncounterable, you can't make it cost less next turn. You just absolutely cannot. If you do that it needs to do 30.

I think we should avoid the super polarizing characters like Kushina, Danzo, etc. Literally nobody benefits from them, they just slow down and monopolize the game. The competitive balance needs longer to establish itself before so many headache characters are introduced.

Im a Chouza fan, always have been. But his chainbind should lower 5 damage, not ten. Especially with the new way it works, unless the multi turn lasting effect is a mistake altogether.

This is in regards to when his Sharingan is active. There is absolutely no reason he should get away with a 3 turn stun that cannot be cancelled. I agree, control skill.
