BUFFS:
Hinata - make aoe 1 nin during byakugan

tsunade (S) - make seal cost nothing but empowered seal will only heal 35 hp + gain 2 chakra or heal 50 and gain + 1 chakra or make the cd 1-2 with the cost being the same
kazekage - sand summoning cost down to 1 random, bring dd gained by allies down to 5-10
ittan - make trenches cost 1 blood and have a cd of 3
killer bee - remove random cost thats added onto his buzzsaw
chojuro - remove cd or make it cost 0-1 random because theres actually no reason to use this when u can just save the chakra for his spike instead. Im in favor of just completely reworking this skill into something else entirely since it doesnt really fit the theme of his character
konan of the rain - this character is absolute buns, rework paper ocean or make it last 3-4 turns (cost blood random) and during this time explosive tags will deal 20 dmg to all enemies affected by paper ocean. Make paper chakra cost 1 blood during paper ocean
preta - energy shield costs 1 nin bring dmg back to 15 piercing or make it 20 non-piercing
killer bee - remove random cost thats added onto his buzzsaw and make it 35 piercing
pakura - scorch release cost 1 random
yonadime kazekage (S) - gold dust waterfall up to 50 piercing




NERFS:
mizuki - bring back tai random - 20 piercing on execution shuriken, increase from tactics reduced to 20, and make him only carry 2
kurenai - entrap cd increased 1 turn but increase dmg dealt to 15
konohamaru - quick recovery cd increased to 2 or make it so that quick recovery can only be used once per ally (or just 2 times a game)
Jiraiya - make toad mouth last 1 turn less or make it cost gen + random
Darui - 5 affliction skill cost 1 random or make black panther 45 piercing



minor reworks:
minato - allow him to make allies invul with flying thunder god when they are marked with custom kunais (maybe enact a certain limit this can be done to discourage oro minato combos ie. custom kunais disappear after one-two uses)

reworks:
mizukage - rework this whole character, should be balanced around ignoring dmg and not dd which can be attacked directly (his character in the show used illusions to trick ppl and attack randomly)
also make his summoning permanent like the sannin
obito - just rework this character he basically has 2 skills that can be replicated by literally any other character and does not provide anything for his team
Bringing this absolute banger of a list back since everyone ignored it. :rolleyes:

everything else needs to be revisited

Add Raido Namiashi char, there are enough battles, hes not filler, and its good to fill pre-shipuden list, not just shipuden.

Utakata's rokubi transformation should be changed for other skill utakata showed on the anime or whatever. he deserves his own rokubi version.

alexandre and wespro have you guys considered doing an xp buff to the current system I think winning 90xp after you hit jinchuriki and loosing 550 is to extreme perhaps buffing the win xp but be a nice change to the game.

Top 5 characters who desperately need buff:

Ibiki - this guy is just plain weak. Nothing about him is scary. So much for an interrogator. Boost his DD on both or, lower the cd on both skills. This way he spams more of that useless 15 DD that Misumi can get for 1 random no cd.

Sennin Naruto- Full rework. He's extremely useless in 80% of the matches unless he got god chakra to spam rasen shuriken.

4th Kazekage - This guy is very situational to use. I suggest a full rework. In the meantime, His prep should improve all his skills not just waterfall. Should make aoe cost 1 less random during prep.

Chouji S - While there's no new skills yet, decrease cost of Palm Thrust to 1 tai without prep.

ET Tsuchikage- Full rework please. This guy can turn people to dust and it deals 40 piercing for an expensive cost. Before that, Fission should be random chakra at this point. It's plain useless nobody will ever want to use.

Chars who could need some buff:

Ino S- Before new skills come, change cost of Proxy to 1 random.

Ameyuri- Same effects but let her ALSO use her nin skills to target allies and damage random enemies.

ET Deidara - Just make his Katsu not random but lower the damage to 15. That or make it hit 2 targets.

Jiraiya S - Wild Mane rework. Let it affect chakra skills too, not just physical. But rework if possible. Katon Endan should change but only for 1 turn. Nobody wants to use that Toad Oil before switching back to Fire skill.

Shigure - Damage of aoe boost to 13 or even 15. I see that 1 hp too often. Even that 1 damage might help.


Also, fix Misumi.
Misumi - Special fix for him is for his Tighten Joints DD to cost 1 tai without reflect. Reflect only non-mental. Even Hidan reflects non-mental only.

I wont bother with nerf suggestions. Anyone above 65% win rate should be nerfed. Anyone below 35% win rate should be boosted. Anyone with 0% pick rate should be tweaked or slightly boosted but a few characters at a time one.
