Utakata's Rokubi transformation needs buff! 25 heal at the cost of 1 blood and 1 random plus 3 turns cooldown is too much! Don't bring up the 50% unpiercable reduction. Everyone knows its totally useless. He can't survive even for once with that. And his first skill should be random when all enemies left are effected with his skill 2 or something.

Chiyo needs a Buff.
Taijutsu rampage should
A not have a cool down
B be unable to target enemies already effected
C not be random

If people feel like that makes her to OP decrease her damage to 15 instead of 20

Hinata S pressure point closure... first of all can we say chakra point closure. Secondly damage should be boosted to 15 5 up from 10.

A little list:
Tsume
after killing an opponent with Fierce bite should gain 10 additional damage for 3 turns- 1 up from 2.Because how often is it that she will be able to to kill an opponent.

Dodai
Rubber wall should give infinite 25 destructible Defense instead of 20% DR. I hate to be that person but in the show his wall prevents opponents from dealing damage rather than lessening it

Kurotsuchi
Lava Quicklime should deal 25 dmg to one enemy but effect all enemies making them targetable to the stun effect of Water Trumpet
So Target ABC
B takes 25 Dmg
ABorC wil be stunned if his by water trumpet the following turn.

Kakashi S
Lighting Beast fang should either cost 1 less random or deal 25 damage.

Team Tactics should cost 1 random with a 5 turn cool down instead of 4

Hinata S
Pressure point closure should deal 15 damage. 5 up from 10.

Izumo & Kotetsu
If the old versions are not returned (please bring them back lol) Mace Crunch should stun physical and Melee skills.
Guided Shell Mace should deal an additional 10 damage to stunned enemies and cost 1 random.

Yoroi
Using chakra focus should make him steal chakra exclusively and not health until the effect is gone.

Atsui S
Fire Wall should deal an initial 10 damage.

Opinions?

Ino's 4 turn stun should only last for 3 turns, or should cost 1 ran 2 gen instead of only 2 gen.

Ino is fine. Do not destroy starter characters. Because its make the game difficult to start from 0.

Protective Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms dealing 15 AoE damage and 10 destructible defense to all allies for 1 nin with no cooldown is soo op
Maybe nerf 5 damage or increase the cooldown to 1 or increase the cost by 1 nin and 1 random.

Itachi - PLEASE BUFF THIS
Mangekyou Sharingan is useless taking 20 affliction damage per turn. 15 affliction maybe more balanced, or change by another effect for example: a counter skill? damage reduction skill or buffing Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi effects for 1 turn... something like this...
Amaterasu - Can be changed to 10 affiction damage permanently cannot stacking / or an affliction that cannot be removed unless Itachi dies and cannot be used on same target...
Tsukuyomi is fine, may be buff 5 damage i think is ok.

Shigure - Umbrella Toss may be used for no cost.

Kakuzu - Heart Steal cooldown may be changed by 4 to 3.

I believe that Chiyo is actually good as she is now. Why would she need to have a buff? Random is what fun makes of a Chiyo character. I do not understand the B option because her skill is on cooldown so that will not be an issue since the skill will not be enabled at that time but disappeared. Not having cooldown is when the issue presents itself. So you want to say just implement them all rather say needlessly. She will be then too OP.
