Lol k Minato clearly needs a bit of a rework. Flying thunder god makes him invulnerable, ignores invulnerability, has no cooldown and can make team mates invulnerable while also making him invulnerable, all with ONE move. Basically the only thing it doesn't do is stun. This is the definition of OP and needs to be reworked.

I agree with everyone that adding a cooldown made him essentially useless so how about taking away just one other aspect of FTG.
How about it not being able to make teammates invulnerable, have it be an offensive move only? Or have it not ignore invulnerability?
Or change it from making him invulnerable to giving him temporary destructible defense?
Or have it so that it can't be used on the same enemy or teammate multiple times in a row?

I don't want the character to become useless but come one, that is way too much versatility for one character, never mind, for one damn move

Stun a character that can essentially become permanently invulnerable? That doesn't make sense...
Out of 106 characters, there are maybe 10 that have skills that ignore invulnerability, of which, very few, if any, can be used consecutively like FTG, so another poor suggestion

There are already percentage DR's like Kankuro (S) or Naraka Path. There's also Sakura (S)'s percentage heal for example.

There are already percentage DR's like Kankuro (S) or Naraka Path. There's also Sakura (S)'s percentage heal for example.
That's because they lazy to rework and how it was in old n-a. Kankuro S and Naraka are non-reworked characters from old arena. Percentage heal aint the same as DR you don't need to count while dealing damage.
