let me know what you think! <3 i know the pics aren't magical. i
think vine slam and flying leaf came out okay, but the rest are iffy.
all feedback is appreciated, of course. still don't have a custom
template so i'm using a soul-arena one for now.

First question. How does the first skill work? it's a little bit confusing once you get past those 2 stacks.
Vine Slam would be fine with one yellow energy since it has a cooldown of 1
Solar Beam hmm i think it needs a boost to 60 or 50 and one random less

ty your feedback is really helpful, i agree that vine slam could have
no cool down instead. and i was wary of how to make solar beam
balanced bc i thought maybe the fact the damage was piercing was
too much? lol but i suppose with an energy specific (1 red) cost for set-
up, it doesn't need 2 random energy as well. leech seeding is only a
tool for stacking. the second part of the effect means if at any point
you use leech seeding and any enemy pokemon already has at least 2
seed stacks, vine slam will become draining sprout. to explain myself,
i didn't think it would be useful to a player for bulbasaur's only damaging
move with no set up (vine slam) to change to draining sprout if only 1 stack
is available to heal (only 10 damage effect for one random). i also think
a player can strategize better with it in tandom with solar-powered engine.

I like how it uses Reiatsu as it's energy source lol.
